A website to showcase the different divisions of the OasisBase business and to allow them to feature recent projects and thoughts within their industry and sector.
After finding dollop and being impressed by our work, Sonika, the founder of Oasis Base approached me and we immediately struck up a good rapport as she told me all about their businesses and how they needed a website to really showcase what they do.
Sonika had a real vision for what she wanted for their new website, with lots of movement and modern layouts that allowed for flexibility across pages for them to put together project pages as they needed and wanted to shape them. The team needed to be able to make updates themselves to add projects, work and journal entries to keep the site updated and users engaged.
After the sitemap and general flow of the site was established, concepts of the initial design were presented and we explained our design thinking and rationale behind some of our decisions. After a few tweaks we went into the build and had some real fun creating custom page animations that engaged the user and helped to draw the eye down the page.
This was a really fun and interesting project to work on and we’ve continued our great working relationship and have just started on our 2nd website for Oasis Base Properties.
Alex is very driven and insight oriented. He is particular to understand the client’s needs in depth and has a unique knack to see through the lines to make the project a hit. Glad that he is now our go-to for our web design and branding needs.
