Rob has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, from running his own gym to being a trained yoga teacher and all round knowledgeable chap when it comes to health and wellness and he wanted us to bring his brand and vision to life
I’ve trained with Rob for a while in various ways from boxing to yoga and to strength training.. He makes you work hard but his methods bring results.
He wanted to launch Elemental to help people understand and to put in place the four pillars of health and wellness that when combined will help you get the results that you need.
As we do with all branding approaches, we researched the market, looked at what was out there and if there was anyone doing anything similar. We worked on several concepts for the brand icon but one that we felt had legs was the stacked pile of rocks - these resonated with the message of setting the solid foundations while also a nod to rest and recovery and calm.
Rob’s approach isn’t all about lifting heavy weights all the time, it’s tailoring a plan that will mean you don’t burn out and manage your nutrition intake to start to notice the incremental changes over time.
With the branding signed off we created a website that highlighted Rob’s approach, what to expect and the services on offer.
